We are partnering with The Everyday Company to help our potential client create a strong Go-To Market strategy here in the United States through social media, influencer marketing, and Public Relations. Utilizing the Everyday Company AI we will do an initial exploration of the market to gain an understanding of how Li Ning is perceived in the United States and how it compares to its competitors (Nike, Adidas, & Reebok). We will also look at Sneakerheads to gain an understanding of how they shape the sneaker market and to identify influencers for future campaigns.
Develop a comprehensive benchmark of Li Ning and where the brand currently stands in the United States market in comparison to its competition and in the eyes of the Sneakerhead community. The insight from this initial analysis will allow us to create a current customer profile and set us apart because we can spend less time A/B testing and more time targeting the correct audience that will help with obtaining the 20% social media growth, developing brand experiences, and Influencer seeding that Li Ning has requested.
We will do a linguistic + visual analysis of Li Ning, their competitors and the Sneakerhead community over the duration of a month to establish an initial benchmark. To set up this analysis we will establish who the top 3 athletes are for each brand and analyze their top 5 posts. With this information we will be able to gain an understanding of how each brands communities communicate and engage.
For the Sneakerhead community we will elaborate upon the above outline by also analyzing Reddit + Blog posts to further understand the community as a whole. |
